Aalto Scientific selects Eatonton, Georgia

Aalto Scientific Ltd., which serves the medical diagnostics industry, recently announced it will create 80 jobs and invest $9 million into a new manufacturing facility in Eatonton. The planned construction will be the first project to locate to Rock Eagle Technology Park, a 150‐acre development park located at 1100 Madison Road. Aalto Scientific will construct a 76,000‐square‐foot production and warehouse facility, as well as a 15,000‐square‐foot manufacturing facility to house their subsidiary, AUDIT MicroControls, Inc.
“We are moving our corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility [from California] to Georgia in order to grow our business,” says Steve Mauro,owner of Aalto Scientific.
Aalto Scientific joins more than 400 life science companies that are already operating in Georgia.
