Randy Spears Joins Varco Pruden’s Corporate Account Team

MEMPHIS, TN, September 11, 2014 – Varco Pruden Buildings today announced the appointment of Randy Spears as corporate account manager for the Southeastern region, which includes Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. In his new role, Spears will be responsible for working with Varco Pruden’s corporate clients to provide building solutions through the company’s builder network. He will report to Ross Braithwait, vice president of sales and marketing for Varco Pruden.

“We are pleased to add Randy to the corporate account team,” said Braithwait. “He’s a proven leader who brings a wealth of experience in the metal construction industry, serving as a design engineer, quote engineer, regional engineering manager, district sales manager and most recently vice president of business development for a regional metal building manufacturer.”

Spears brings more than 30 years of industry experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
