PA Manufacturer Expanding into Indian River County
16 Jan, 2021
The Indian River County Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Office is delighted to announce that Diamond Drinks, a Pennsylvania-based contract beverage manufacturer, is expanding its operations into Indian River County.
In business since 1985, the company produces many nationally known private label brands in a wide range of customized sizes and flavors. The company’s new facility on Oslo Road will be its second location, to better serve their Southeast U.S. customer base. Diamond Drinks President and CEO, Mr. Anthony Cenimo, anticipates 25 new jobs to start, eventually ramping up to 40-50 employees and a 3-shift operation. They expect to be up and running in May of this year. “We very much look forward to becoming a part of the Indian River community as we expand our business into the Florida market”, states Mr. Cenimo. “We would like to thank Peter O’Bryan and Helene Caseltine from the Chamber for their help and support in making this happen.”
Indian River County Commission Vice-Chair Peter O’Bryan and Helene Caseltine, the Chamber’s Economic Development Director, met with Mr. Cenimo and his team on several occasions over the past six months to address any potential regulatory concerns. “The County Commission is excited to welcome Diamond Drinks to Indian River County,” said Commissioner O’Bryan. “We congratulate them on their expansion into the Southeast market, and look forward to their success here in the Sunshine State.”
The Chamber’s Economic Development Office worked closely with company executives and with T.P. Kennedy from Proctor Kennedy Properties to find the perfect location for Diamond Drinks. The company was also considering sites in neighboring Brevard County. “We are excited to welcome Diamond Drinks to our community, and help them flourish here,” notes Helene Caseltine, the Chamber’s Economic Development Director. “The company fits in perfectly with our existing manufacturing base, most of whom are smaller employers – it’s a great niche for us.”
