Parkland Health Clinic Underway in Dallas

Ground has broken for a 44,300-square-foot outpatient clinic near Dallas’ Fair Park, designed by BOKA Powell for Frazier Revitalization Inc. and Parkland Health and Hospital System. The $19 million project at Hatcher Station Village will be located on a seven-acre site in south Dallas, adjacent to DART’s Hatcher Station. The project’s flexible design will facilitate vital primary care in an underserved area of Dallas. The clinic will meet the city of Dallas’ Green Building guidelines for new construction, incorporating sustainable design practices in the construction.
