01 Jul, 2026
Roanoke, VA – RINGANA, an Austrian life sciences company, will establish its first U.S. headquarters in Roanoke – creating 435 new jobs and investing $85 million over the next five years.
Governor Abigail Spanberger announced that RINGANA will build a state-of-the-art campus and create hundreds of career opportunities for Virginians.
The company, known for skincare and nutritional products, will occupy the Blue Ridge Commerce Park near the DayTec Career Technical Education Center, in the 2000 block of Frontage Road NW.
“RINGANA’s investment in Roanoke is an investment in the future of dynamic advanced manufacturing and workforce opportunities,” said Roanoke Mayor Joseph Cobb. “RINGANA is a creative and environmentally friendly workplace, and their proximity to the nearby DayTec Career Technical Education Center will inspire students to consider new pathways to success. We are excited to welcome RINGANA to our city and region.”
The new Roanoke facility will serve as RINGANA’s North American production and distribution hub, enabling full availability of the company’s skincare products, nutritional supplements, and beverages throughout the United States. In addition to manufacturing and warehousing operations, the site will also include research and development capabilities to support future innovation and product development.
“We’re proud to welcome RINGANA and the hundreds of jobs this investment will bring to our community, and we’re thrilled that businesses recognize Roanoke’s tremendous opportunities for economic growth,” said Roanoke City Manager Valmarie H. Turner.
The City of Roanoke worked with the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) and the Roanoke Regional Partnership to bring RINGANA to Roanoke. Additionally, Governor Spanberger approved a $5 million grant from the Commonwealth’s Opportunity Fund to assist with the project.
“Roanoke is an ideal location for international companies to establish their US presence. By choosing Roanoke for its first US location, RINGANA is strengthening our position as an epicenter for advanced manufacturing and innovation,” said Roanoke Economic Development Director Marc Nelson.
