Principio Business Park

Principio Business Park is a master planned park that encompasses 1,000 acres, is industrial zoned, and conveniently located on Rt. 40 and I-95 in North East.  This site is designated as a State Enterprise Zone, attracting companies such as distribution powerhouses General Electric and Restoration Hardware.
